Spike: "Weißt du, was ich mir letztes mal auf TJ eingefangen hab'?"
Jet: "Herpes?"
Spike: "'N Axthieb."

Spike: "Do you know what I got the last time I was on TJ?"
Jet: "Herpes?"
Spike: "Stabbed."

Spike: "Nur damit das klar ist... wir kriegen kein Geld, wenn wir sie tot abliefern, aber beschädigt geht klar?"
Jet: "Ich würde sagen sehr beschädigt ist vollkommen in Ordnung."

Spike: "Just to be clear... we don't get paid if we bring them in dead, but damaged is okay?"
Jet: "I'd say very badly damaged would be A-okay."

Men always seem to think about their past before they die, as though they were frantically searching for proof that they truly lived.

Everything has a beginning and an end. Life is just a cycle of starts and stops. There are ends we don't desire, but they're inevitable, we have to face them. It's what being human is all about.

Humans are meant to work and sweat to earn a living. Those that try to get rich quick, or live at the expense of others, all get divine retribution somewhere along the line. That's the lesson. Unfortunately, we quickly forget the lessons we've learned and then we have to learn them all over again.

When you and I first met, you told me something. You said that you had died once, that you had seen death. Why can't you just let it go? Forget the past.
